She spent nearly a decade as a staff person for various nonprofits before launching ICG Consulting. In her career, she has secured more than $20 million in funding, trained nonprofit staff and board members, coached Executive Directors, facilitated staff and Board retreats, and worked to design programs spearheaded by nonprofit partnerships and multilateral groups. Jessica’s success rate with ORR proposals exceeds 80% and she has been a regular ORR evaluator since 2011.

Jamie has seven years of experience providing capacity building for nonprofits, from program development to implementation. She has worked closely with developing organizations to navigate all aspects of post-award implementation, including providing tailored program materials and trainings to ensure alignment with grant agreements. She holds a degree in Environmental Studies with a focus in Community-Based Behavior Change and has led projects securing over $8 million for ethnic community-based organizations and small nonprofits across the U.S. She predominantly works with refugee, immigrant, and minority serving organizations.
