The ICG Method
Certificate Course: Developing Government Grants that Win
Gov Grants Course
This course will teach you an evidenced-based process for developing all aspects of a successful grant proposal for various funding agencies. This is the same process that is used by ICG’s internal team resulting in a 90% win rate, and can be applied to both domestic and international funders. You will learn how to assess grant opportunities, develop a project design that is fully responsive to funder requirements, prepare a budget, write a compelling narrative, and develop all of the required attachments and forms. The process will also teach you to develop each of the elements in such a way as to ensure that all of the pieces harmonize and tell a cohesive and engaging story.
