This training will provide an administrative, financial, and programmatic overview of the steps following an award announcement that are critical to ensuring a successful grant implementation and foster cooperative working relationships with funders. Participants will learn how to practically tailor their approach to the wide variety of funders they may interact with, from small foundations to government agencies, as well as to the unique attributes of the organizations they work within.
