An established organization starts a new chapter
The Nile Sisters Development Initiative (NSDI) has been a staple nonprofit, serving refugee women in San Diego for several decades. The ICG team led the project design and developed the proposal for their successful FULSToP initiative, which provided $2.4 million in funding to support efforts to end tobacco proliferation in Black and African American communities throughout Southern California. Additionally, ICG led the development of multiple large proposals to government agencies that resulted in the funding to launch LearnMore, NSDI’s specialized vocational training project for displaced populations.
